Hello and welcome to Hot Property Toys, a website that has taken two years and a lifetime of a passion for collecting.

We here at HPT have been immersed in this hobby for the past 40 years, and like you, we have begun to realize just how hard it's becoming to find the latest and greatest new toys out there. How many times have you walked into your local store, just find a whole section of empty pegs?

We have also discovered just how difficult it is to find even just 1 or 2 websites that can fill all of our collecting needs. I can't even begin to tell you how many hours we've spent searching the web for information about items or to find a reputable dealer that can get us the product we crave.

So we all sat down together and came up with an idea to create a store and website that could potentially fulfill the needs of every collector. A place where every time you went there, you would have a unique experience. A place that you could go to and a group of 20 plus collectors could answer questions for you, find that item you were missing or fill you in on all of the latest toy news and gossip.

We think we may have done just that.

So again, welcome to Hot Property Toys, we will be constantly updating or inventory and our features on the website and look for our store located in Sacramento, California just in time for Christmas 2007!

Jamie- The Co-Founder and CEO of Hot Property Toys. Jamie has been collecting toys since he was 4 years old and boasts one of the most extensive Star wars collections anywhere in the world. On his collection: "It's as big as those others that people show off out there, I'm just not a big fan of presenting to everyone what's in my house!" Jamie is responsible for most of the ordering on the website and prides himself on only hiring people that could be regarded as "experts" in their particular toy genre. Jamie's goals for the website and store: "I never want to be as large as a chain store, but I want to make sure that everyone who has a passion for collecting, has a place that can fill their needs."

Erin- Co-Founder and CFO of Hot Property Toys. Erin hasn't been collecting as long as some of the others here, but her passion for it is just as strong. As the CFO of the company, it's Erin's job to make sure all of the stuff we carry is as inexpensive as we can make it for you. "Inexpensive is good, less than everyone else is better."
