You may return new, unopened items sold by Hot Property Toys within 14 days of delivery for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless it is due to a Hot Property Toys error in shipping. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
